Exactly how bad are things in Dagupan? Horrible. Shameful. What words we can use to describe Ex-Mayor the Benjie? Unprintable.

It’s coming to the surface all the corrupted and illegal businesses The Benjie brought to Dagupan. We cannot see how this crook avoids legal action against him and all his underlings involved. It needs the strength of a Hercules to clean the Augean stables of filth.

We hope Mayor Al Fernandez is up to the task. We knew since the very beginning when The Benjie and his clowncilors Teofilo Guadiz, Vlad Mata, Nick Aquino, Fausto Cuison were passing ordinances right and left, to authorize The Benjie, to buy everything he can put his hands on.

We knew something was fishy, not up to par but we couldn’t pinpoint where it was until now. What got Dagupeños aghast, how in the world can you buy or sell a tenanted land like Awai without the knowledge of the tenants.

You don’t have to be a Fermi to know about this unless everybody was in cahoots to make money.

What happened to the Legal Chicken Dindin Baniqued? As counsel for the corporation, she should know.

Mc Adore Hotel. You don’t have to be lawyer to ascertain that you cannot transact to buy this piece of property when there is a Notice of Pending Litigation (LIS PENDENS). This notice is inked at the back of the Declaration of Real Property or the Deed of Title. How they missed this notation and how it got registered in the city Register of Deeds is beyond the knowledge of Mephisto.

These are cases of classic plunder that applies to The Benjie, the modern day Attila the Hun and Dagupan was Rome. It came to mind The Benjie tried to placate the new mayor to move forward and forget what happened in Dagupan.

How can you move forward with this monkey on your back? How can you forget? How can you let go such criminal monstrosity without proper legal retribution?

The time is come for The Benjie to face the music and forget everything political. Let’s see now Mayor Fernandez, “No panonto’y inkipanek na taglang mo”.
