Handbook on women’s protection

I’ve read an article about a Handbook on Measures Against Bank and Pawnshop Robberies which is authored by Senior Superintendent Noel Talino and endorsed by Chief Superintendent Leopoldo Bataoil.
Although, I am not a bank/pawnshop owner, I want to have a copy of this book. Anything that would teach me how to avoid being a victim, I would buy it.
I have a question for the Crime Prevention Unit in the region. Why limit your writings to just one handbook on robberies?
What about a handbook for women on how to protect themselves from attackers/rapists, something to teach women not to become victims, what every woman should do or shouldn’t do, etc. etc, There should be ways for women to take to defend themselves from any assaults.
What about a handbook to encourage people to get involve, (the entire community: community leaders, parents, the youth, schools, churches).
Are there any information out there on what and who to call to report any crime that is being committed?
Reward those who are brave enough to report a crime. Encourage people to say something when they see something. It is every person’s responsibility.
I will repeat what Chief Super L. Bataoil said, “We will Fight Crimes with Knowledge”. I think we can, what do you think?
