Mr. Fabella’s post is right on target.

The two (Apostol and Gonzales) have serious deficiency in their mental capacity. Most of the time, their minds are engaged on neutral and their mouths are on fifth gear, just like when Apostol said that the granting of pardon to Estrada is “exclusively her (Arroyo’s) PRIVATE AFFAIR”. I can not believe that is coming from a so-called “Chief Presidential Legal Counsel”?

Then Apostol added “She is the only one who can do that. And you know, the President usually keeps things close to her heart. She seldom talks about it”.

Now that is very revealing: GOVERNANCE IS NOW PRIVATIZED UNDER THE ARROYO ADMINISTRATION!!! So presidential decisions are merely private affairs. No wonder the ranking of the Philippines in corruption keeps on going to the top under this administration. Iboto ninyo sila uli, mga kababayan!!! Akala natin matino si Gonzales at Apostol dahil napaalis si Erap, iyon pala parang mga tutang aso lang ni Ate Gloria.

If these two have any decency, why would they work for a government where there is no transparency? Oh, I forgot, they have very limited mental capacity.
