You’re absolutely right, Mr. Carrera. Arroyo is one that tops the list of thieves amongst the world’s vitiated public officials.
Arroyo having the skin of a water buffalo is an understatement. She got the skin of an Aussie salt sea crocodile which bullets could bounce off like peanuts.
Among world leaders Arroyo is not even considered a playmaker. Every time she attends an economic summit, she’d been look upon a president of a country run like hell by buccaneers. A meaningless leader in an ocean of prosperous countries managed by responsible leaderships.
Arroyo is seen like a mendicant asking for a handout among the rich. And try this for an eye opener. Joe de Venecia in all his political know-how . . . tried to pull a fast one on the IMF for the bank to convert what the Philippines owes as loans to investments for progress . . . to the glee of those in cadence in thievery.
Joe de V was telling the world the Philippines couldn’t pay what it owes. A country bankrupt to the bone. A country on the throes of economic death. What a a nerve Joe de V is !
Now, the icing on the cake. The city of Dagupan passing a resolution honoring Secretary Pingkoy Duque on his honesty in office, untainted by those plunderers . . . pillagers . . . and thievish devotees of Arroyo, a declaration this administration is rotten to the core.
The Philippines should be damned lucky if this depraved of a president Arroyo could be like him.
By the way, Arroyo is Spanish word for GUTTER. A trough that carries water and all kinds garbage to the sewer. That’s what Arroyo is all about . . . a guttersnipe.
