How does a “HEAD OF ONE OF THE MOST CORRUPT STATE” interact with the other heads of other much less corrupt states?

Pakapalan ng mukha ba? Balat kalabaw ba ang mukha ng mga Pilipinong politico kaya hindi tinatablan ng hiya?

The Philippines will soon be in the Guinness Book of World Record-THE MOST CORRUPT NATION WITH THE MOST CORRUPT HEAD OF STATE.

The record must include “The most stupid people for electing the same corrupt politicians over and over”.
