Atty. Duque, the proposal Benchmarking with International Standards is well taken however, there is one thing you and the rest of the committee had missed to observe is that corporate America and Europe for that matter sponsor top notch college candidates as coop-students exposing them to the real world of entrepreneurship and business management.

The purpose of this program is to ensure future leaders in the business world right after graduation. If there is no such thing as coop-student program in the Philippines then it is time to at least investigate the possibilities of looking into having one for the future of the island.
