A place for troubled children

Kudos to Elsa Santillan and Mayor Fernandez for their plan to set up a center for troubled and at risk children.
The future of any country is its children. If only one child out of a hundred is put in the right direction, then the program will have been a success. These unfortunate children need a chance and hopefully this program will give it to them.
My only hope is that the politicos properly fund the program and give it a chance to succeed.
