To Ms. Visperas,

It is unfortunate that you would no longer write this column, for you are the only one that would write something about my father, BM Alfie Bince, Jr.

I am overseas, and it is my way to know how he is doing in the political world. Most often than not, all I read about are the “top dogs” in politics. I am sure some people would want to read about other politicians that are not so big as the others but are doing what they are supposed to do, serving the people. With your column though, it gives us everything from the low man on the totem pole to the all mighty.

Thank you again for your fair journalism. And I hope to meet you someday.
