Re: DPWH allocates year supply of fuel for dredging

 “They informed Fernandez that DPWH has allocated P1 billion for its water and land based equipment and 70 percent of which will go for its water-based operations, that includes Dagupan,” What happened to Dagupan’s own dredgers? As I recall Her Ladyship was always critical of Former Mayor Lims river dredging policy. If not the dredgers the cost of dredging. Seems to me that Her Ladyship should explain to the citizens of Dagupan City why she was Critical al Former Mayor Lim when she is basically emulating what she previously criticized.
