Hooray, the boats are back. Regardless of what Her Highness says were her reasons for not pursuing the return of the boats after “abruptly ended after the barges used for the cruises were ‘surreptitiously’ towed away in June last year by employees of Magic Corporation, a company owned by former Mayor Benjamin Lim” Now on another subject.

The mayor, true to her words, had all the illegal vendors removed and their vegetables confiscated around the Malimgas Market area. Yes, these vendors were illegal, so are the illegal fish pens clogging up the river. Is there some reason not to be known by the citizens of Dagupan that many of these illegal pens have not been removed? Pray tell, Madam Mayor.
