Re: Remaining fish pens set to be demolished

Everyone jokes about “Filipino time” but the dismantling of the fish pens ought to be submitted to the Guinness World Records. If I remember right it was about a month after her Highness was elected mayor when she said that the illegal fish pen would be removed within 30 days. Now she says that these pens will be removed in 15 days; “Filipino Time” translation 365 days? I have to wonder how many millions of pesos were made by these owner during the last year.
