Are you accusing candidate for San Carlos City mayor … as the killer of ex-Mayor Resuello? Can you prove it?

If you have concrete and definite evidence, that could indict the candidate, and those who were in it of this murderous and dastardly act – bring it out and let the LAW run its course.
