Mr. Robert Sobrepena:
Your suggestion not to blame or point out the stupid solutions of supposedly professional people is stupid in itself. It is the very reason why the Philippines is where it is now.
No matter how much you are going to clean an inadequately designed and constructed drainage system, plant trees all over, dredge the river but raise the roads or put up another road that acts like a DAM(JDV HIGHWAY EXTENSION), flooding will occur even without typhoons.
The JDV HIGHWAY EXTENSION is the most stupid design that I know of, and I do not believe the environmental impact assessment addressed the flooding impact and unfortunately those idiots at the DENR approved it.
