Re: Bonuan bangus lover

The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) has closed down the fish processing plant. According to BFAR chief Wesley Rosario the plant did not have the proper permits issued by the City of Dagupan to operate in the city. I hope that Her Highness, Belen Fernandez, does not try to blame Mayor Lim for this shutdown.

A permit from the city was a prerequisite before the plant could begin its operations. Mayor Al Fernandez was mayor at the time the plant began its operation. Mayor Al, his co-hort Belen (same last name) and the city council were charged with the responsibility for issuance of this permit. Why Mayor Al and his city council allowed the plant operate without a permit is open for conjecture. My only guess as to why the two Fernandez’s did not do this might be so that they could blame the present mayor for a shutdown that would happen in the future.

No soap, Belen. We’re wise to your shenanigans now. We know your game. If Al won reelection, a permit would be issued immediately. If he lost then the two Fernandez’s could blame Mayor Lim for the inevitable shutdown.
