Again Edwin if Justice Thomas does not have the brains to pay IRS taxes when due he should resign. Edwin, he is embarrassing your conservative bird’s color. A justice that should know the law but got away with it for ten years is thus compelled to pay back when caught. You are right it is “far different” as the Pinoy administrators becuase in his case he knows the law and he cheated. If it is your advocacy with “people with no brains…”, your words, “…terminated and his credentials revoked” because he knows the law and he got caught! Why pick on school administrators who are demanding taxes who again in your words, “should not be paying.”
It is only fair you treat the administrators the same in this forum notwithstanding your interpretation of your cut and paste RA law. Now doctor or attorney Edwin, can you explain to me why your quote alone would compel them to know not to pay the tax when it is the opposite of your quote?
From my understanding reading Ermin’s column, the city and school administrator are better off settling the issue. Why is your nose so far in a..ess that it is starting to smell? No matter what the issues are, your posting are single minded and starting to read like the journalists who are in the pockets of certain politicians.
