It’s a blessing in disguise – if you will – this fishkill to the starving and unemployed masses.
At a low price of P45 pesos per kilo, it’s hurting to producers who can’t make a profit from the backs of Pangasinan’s poorest of the poor.
Promotional campaign you say …
Pangasinenses, are not that stupid, not to ride the wave of discontent for their own survival.
