Re: the know-all it board
It must be noted – if awareness is absent – this board are a bunch of incompetent fools, a do-nothing clowns on government dole.
BM Alfonso “”Bonzo” Bince, has been around since the ’60’s, a Neanderthal man, with medieval ideas centered on the Machiavellian concept of politics.
This person, was instrumental in the change of how the provincial board should be run. To protect his vital interest of enriching himself and his ilk, he saw to it the board should be increased from … three(3)… to twelve(12), two in every district, and the complete political stranglehold of the PB and the governor, being the most senior of this cabal.
Isn’t it brilliant to lessen the workload with the same pay? You betcha!
If Bince is asked, why in these years of “government service”, he never in his rotten life ventured in the congressional or provincial arena?
The answers are as few like the hair on his … head!
He can’t win!
