Re: Hiring policy for teachers

I am a bonafide resident of our baranggay, which Aliaga Malasiqui Pangasinan. I have been teaching for four years now in several private schools. I was able to undergo the procedure for hiring teachers but my application is always neglected due to the “palakasan” system.

I have gained 70% grades in the RQA and have applied in the different schools near our baranggay. Please help have an item..

Minsan po kc ang nakakapasok ay ung mas malakas sa mga principal. Kahit deserving naman po kami sa nasabing postion. Thanks.. Hope the DepEd will read my comment.
