Re: Linis Estero launched in Dagupan

I support ‘Linis Estero’ program. I would like remind Mr. Teddy Villamil, that there is an estero or canal that runs from Careenan near the cemetery passing thru the old Jehovah Witness chapel on to the back of Espino, Manuncia, Miranda Guadiz and empties near Dr. Ignacio de Guzman property.

It’s sad to note that the Memorial park covered the estero. Can the city do something about it. Let us open this old waterway.
