Kudos to Espino on what he’s doing as governor?

1) Illegal provincial ordinance to increase property taxes 300% he signed in the middle of the night, with the Ford SUVs on his rotten mind.

2) Jueteng’s back in the guise of a legitimate numbers game under the Meridien gambling syndicate.

Espino should enjoy every ounce of dogcrap he can muster. According to a rat in the deep recesses of the Capitol, he is afflicted with …. CANCER!

This is what could happen to him to combat this very expensive malady, it is to will lose every centavo he’s hiding inside his pillow – corrupted or not.
