Re: BMs insist on nukes in Pangasinan
Almost two weeks ago I sent a post regarding the proposed nuclear plant in Pangasinan and to date it has not appeared for unknown reasons. I believe these elected officials who still insist on nuclear plants in Pangasinan or in the Philippines must be voted out of office the next election.
The availability of other sources of renewable and sustainable form of energy is totally ruled out and I suspect that there are overriding personal reasons why these elected officials are not changing their positions. Are the people of Pangasinan so stupid that they cannot figure it out?
My friend from Pangasinan said: “May downpayment na kaya hindi sila puedeng bumaliktad lalo na para sa final payment kung sakaling matuloy”. As a show of proof of their commitment, they are sponsoring a referendum. That is an insult to the intelligence of Pangasinenses.
