These linear accelerators manufactured by Varian Medical Systems were featured in an article Titled ” A Pinpoint Beam Strays Invisibly, Harming Instead of Healing” http://www.nytimes.com/2010/12/29/health/29radiation.html?_r=1&partner=rss&emc=rs…

It featured three patients who were overdosed and made urgent nationwide warnings to make sure doctors to be extra vigilant when using the device.
