To “Anonymous”:
On your query about the PUNCH Forum’s policy requiring a verifiable email address, please read the ‘Editor’s Notes’ which explains in part why verifiable email addresses are required before comments are posted. What it is not is to trace one’s identity. The forum doesn’t care about identities of posters except to make sure that all legit posters’ are equally accessible to all short of posting their email addresses on the forum. Email addresses are not posted to keep “spammers” at bay.
