Why put another roadblock? Election activities are clearly defined by BP 881 (Omnibus Election Code of the Philippines) As long as you meet the minimum qualification and residency requirement, then you could vote or be voted upon.
The right for suffrage should be inclusive rather than exclusive. That is the spirit of the law. Non-partisan barangay election. Are you kidding?
No dictator will lose in election just like in Burma. See how they conduct elections in Maguindanao. Under climate of fear and intimidations they manufactured votes in exchanged for what.
No wonder Andal Jr. calls her mother. All the top police and military officials get promotions despite the worst massacre in Phil. history.
Rewards for babysitting a family of criminals who prostitute themselves in exchange for dirty votes. JUSTICE CRIES UP TO HEAVEN. An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth……
