I’m glad sense and sensibility still reign in this part of the world. Good decision by the courts, and I hope this will be a test case to serve future cases.
One of the things I particularly loathe while visiting relatives is the presence of noise ‘everywhere’, coming from stereos, radios mounted in passenger vehicles, not to mention the constant blaring horns at every turn. Shouldn’t there be education regarding the bad effects of too much noise on the human hearing faculty?
There seems to be no sensibility left in people who think that loud noise in public is acceptable. People should ‘rise in arms’ to protest this one kind of invasion of privacy.
