So young yet so corrupt- Mayor Lacson.

Generally at this age young people are still idealistic, straight, willing to help
 and serve. It is the parents who corrupt young peoples’ minds by engaging in early gimmicks, vote
-buying, violating campaign rules,
 etc.

We always complain about corruption in all levels of gov’t. 
Morality just like charity, starts 
at home. This label sticks to Senator Ernesto Maceda up to this day.
