Heavy traffic a sign of good progress? Obviously, the writer had no understanding of what traffic brings. Pollution, waste of energy and time. Traffic issues need to be addressed first before malls are built.
Malls do not necessarily bring fund and progress to the city or province. As I have mentioned, it will just compete with existing businesses, a progress that will be short term and will benefit a few.
