The leaders of Dagupan City should open their eyes to this opportunity that SM is proposing to open a mall in Dagupan. The benefits will for be for Dagupan in the long term. This will increase economic activity in the city, and uplift the status of Dagupan as a commercial and trade center of the North.

Dagupan cannot let this golden opportunity to slip away. Calasiao is more than willing to accommodate big opportunities like SM. Calasiao will get all the benefits if Dagupan turns down SM.
