That is the alibi of Molina. Whom is she trying to fool?

If a person renting a mere house can be evicted for nonpayment, how much more with an illegal fishpen?

If indeed Mayor Lim and Governor Espino are sincere in there pronouncements, ALL legal and illegal fish pens must be removed in order to completely dredge and clean the rivers and its tributaries. If they cannot do that, then the project is just to appease the public.

If the Governor is really sincere about the protection of the river environment then he must remove all those fish pens in the channel between Anda and Bolinao, and elsewhere.
