Illegal Fishpens, illegal numbers game and illegal drugs. These illegal activities can be stopped if those in power have the guts and political will and that means those officials in charge of enforcement must either do their jobs or quit. If they do not quit, then they must be fired for non-performance or insubordination, period.
If those in power will not enforce the law, then some very frustrated citizens may avail themselves of the ultimate solution, which is the exercise of the highest form of public service. Let us give chance for peaceful resolution first.
