Re: Lack of Classrooms, Corruption, and Dr. Duque
Where are those 95,000 classrooms that PGMA claimed to have added in her 2009 SONA? http://www.coolbuster.net/2009/06/pgma-sona-2009-full-text.html
If the 95,000 classrooms is true and not a lie of GMA, then Pangasinan would get almost 3,000 new classrooms as a proportionate share based on population. With only 44 towns, each town would see an average of 68 classrooms, which means each town can accommodate 3,000 additional new students or 270,000 new students for the entire province of Pangasinan. That is 10 percent annual population growth!
Puede pang gumawa ng gumawa ng bata para masaya ang mga pare at bishop ng katoliko. I believe Doctor Duque, who is the “Great Defender ” of PGMA and is in education business, must explain why there is a lack of classroom problem in Pangasinan and all over the country when GMA had added 95,000 classrooms.
DepEd is considered as one of the “most corrupt department” of the Philippine government (food and books scams), so it is not surprising why she reported 95,000 classrooms were funded and constructed, but only a few were constructed.
Talaga namang sobrang pagka-corrupt ang mga halimaw na ito! Will Dr. Duque be truthful in advising his new President-Elect?? Makonsensiya ka naman Dr. Duque, itigil mo na yong sobrang bola-bola at pagkasipsip para sa mga kawawang bata. Huwag mo naman bolahin si P.Noy at ang gawin mo ay “Ako ang simula”.
