Vice Mayor Belen Fernandez by her politically motivated actions asking the exiting mayor to transfer the administrative control of the Seafood Processing Plant from the city government to the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources is one of the reasons the Philippine economy has remained stagnant.

A politician who puts politics (and herself) ahead of the public’s good deserves to be recalled. I guess Dagupan has its own version of GMA.
