Taking chances

Dr. Jeremias Andrade Carrera,
Again, I say get your head out of the sand. If the first man did not try to walk upright we’d all be shuffling with our hands dragging on the ground. If (most) of mankind didn’t think it was better to live in a house we’d still be living with the pigs in their sties. When it comes to science and technology no advancement can ever be achieved if chances are not taken.
If you, as an engineer, are not willing to take chances then no matter how many tests you take, no matter how many degrees you possess when it comes to crunch time I would not even consider hiring you to build a doll house.
Enough said. There are to many important things rather than continue with this diatribe with you. Please stay out of the Guam sun, and come to the P.I. more often. You can volunteer your engineering expertise in building a better sanitation/septic tank systems for the barangays.
