Mr. Montemayor:

They need your expertise right now so please do not wait until the next catastrophe. I just hope that those engineers who are in charge will allow your design.

The common saying among many engineers there is “Kung hindi na masisira, di wala na kaming negosyo sa susunod.” I was told the same when I suggested to those engineers repairing the Kennon Road to Baguio to use “rock bolting”.
