Go Mayor Velasco…We believe that you’re the one who won not Zaplan because the city of Sta. Barbara is the one who loses with him. But I wish you will run after Zaplan’s term ends. We love you and take care always.. Please Run for mayor again Velasco (2013) election. We can’t live in Sta. Barbara without your support and leadership!
