Re: Casa Real

Kudos to Gov. Spines for the beautification of the Capitol
 and the surrounding areas. It makes me proud to show my co-workers how Pangasinan looks like and most of them are very impressed.

Please do not forget the Casa Real that used to be Pangasinan’s seat of power as detailed by Mrs. Arabela
 Arcinue. Ang development ay nandiyan
sa malapit sa dagat while downtown
 Lingayen is suffering from urban decay.

I think the Casa Real and the 
provincial jail are under the jurisdiction of the provincial govt. These two buildings need a lot of facelifts. Nakakahiyang tignan ngayon ang Casa Real.

I am hoping that Mayor Jonas Castaneda does something about their sorry state. Hindi ba niya nakikita tuwing
 pumapasok siya sa opisina???
