Illegal Fish Pens:

The demand of these legitimate fishpond operators and citizens of Dagupan for protection of their legal rights is long overdue. Some of these legitimate fishpond owners were forced to sell their fish ponds at a very low price and converted into housing subdivisions.

Remember my warning? Do not wait for someone who feels helpless, who in desperation will do the ULTIMATE SOLUTION-POISON THE ENTIRE RIVER. The illegal fish pen owners are poisoning the river anyway that resulted in frequent fish kills, decline of marine products, and their fish pens are the underlying cause of flooding due to siltation and the very reason why dredging can not be done.

Mayor Fernandez will be able to dismantle the illegal fish pens if he has the political will and is not corrupt.

Why was Mayor Rosario of Binmaley able to do it?
