Westinghouse redux?

Mr. Jose Ceralde,
Building a nuclear power plant, is not a joke – as you and I know.
The result, if not done right could be a devastation of untold proportions.
It can be seen – this is the problem with the Espin-off administration – its penchant to write resolutions, MOA’s, in a hurry-up set-up without proper scrutiny.
Espin-off’s man-Friday – Alfie Binci – an anachronism in this day and age, with no technical studies how to build this nuclear plant happily wrote a resolution to address a potential piggy bank for everybody.
Right off the bat, a Korean builder was chosen for the smooth granting of the loan from the Korean government, and this is ludicrous, if not laughable . . . with no blue print . . . the brains . . . to start a project.
Westinghouse redux?
Probably so!
And if this project goes thru, which is moot, and doofus Pinoy technical expertise, we could visualize a Chernobyl or Vermont Yankee on deck or worse than that.
I say with regrets, “Let the Pangasinense cook in their own idiocy”.
If there’s a . . . meltdown!
