Re: Health Reforms in Pangasinan
The do-nothing Agbayani’s claim that health reforms were started during his administration is a big fat lie.
The best way to resolve this issue is to get the testimony of those nurses, doctors, and the nursing and medical students who knew the actual conditions during the time of Agbayani and Governor Spines to confirm or deny what all these hospital chiefs are saying.
It is sad that Agbayani and his cohorts have the nerve to claim this accomplishment of Governor Spines. Masyadong bola-bola naman si Agbayani whose wife is a medical doctor who with her husband had shown no compassion for the poor Pangasinenses, especially since most of them cannot afford the medical facilities in Manila.
Pangasinenses are fortunate Governor Spines’s wife who is only a nurse knew better the importance of good health and I heard Governor Spines spoke before becoming the governor why health is a priority and he delivered it.
Governor Spines’ delivery of this promise was confirmed by my sources-numerous nursing students who were there in those health facilities during these past three years.
Who else will the Pangasinenses trust to continue with and sustain this priority program of the government? Agbayani? Trapos must not be recycled, only performers who keep their promises.
