Generally speaking, Filipinos who go to other countries (OFWs) obey the rules and regulations of the host countries. Eg., lalo na sa Singapore where justice is swift, 
walang sinasantong tao, kapag nagkasala pinaparusahan.

Dito sa Amerika, they follow traffic rules. Hindi ginagawang tatlong lanes ang dalawang lanes. The key is to dispense justice swiftly, a fair and just system as I mentioned on my previous article.

We need leaders who have political 
will to change things that are broken which is the rule rather than exceptions.
 The most potent force in politics is the power of persuasion. Second is money…..
