Mr. Duque:
The penchant of government officials to pilfer government funds will be greatly minimized if the laws are enforced and that is the main function of the executive branch-GMA. Is enforcing the laws an act of vindictiveness, Mr. Counselor?
Huwag ka namang magpakahalatang sipsip buto, Mr. Duque. I cannot believe those manipulative and deceitful justification to save GMA’s ass is coming from you, abogado ka pa naman.
