The past Lim administration, as they say, gave the City a make-over but it was not within the proper budget.
Unlike the Fernandez, the city lives within it’s means.
Parang buhay ng tao yan na magara ang damit, kumakalam naman ang sikmura. 
After Al let us put Belen next.
