Re: Agbayani slams Espino on Prov’l Capitol

I agree with Mr. Butch Velasco that it’s not only the Provincial Capitol Building that was renovated but the Kalantiao and Malong Building and other government building inside the Capitol Ground.

The Capitol Ground itself is so beautiful and you can see more people walking around the area. It ‘s nice to jog around the Capitol Ground.

Why complain now when it was already done? Rep. Agbayani should have done this during or before the construction. If this is just a political issue then forget it, most Lingayanons will agree that Gov. Espino who is from Basista (correct me if I am wrong) has done more tourist-oriented projects in Lingayen. Making Lingayen a worthy place to visit this time but not during Ex-Gov. Agbayani’s (from Lingayen) term.
