Re: Punish them!
Make the best of what we have: words are words, deeds are deeds but deeds are always greater than words.
Do you know that you can file complaints to the Office of the Ombudsman through the Internet and you could always execute SPA in the nearest consulate for somebody to file complaints for you. You have to go to due process just like everybody else. If we lose our trust in our justice system, where else do we turn to?
The law of the jungle is where the strong always prevails. We live in an imperfect world. Your squabble with your brother is as old as Cain and Abel, King Richard “the Lionhearted and Prince John” the black Prince.
Procrastination is the thief of time. Consider yourself lucky that your inheritance went to your brother. Part of our inheritance was sequestered by Manila City Hall by virtue of a City Ordinance and was awarded to landless tenants.
Pinulitico talaga nila and appeal reaches the Supreme Court but does no want to deliberate on it. Nag cop-out sila.
There are cases where imminent domain was thrown out like in the case of Bro. Eddie Villanueva which part of his land was used as a road, which is supposed to be valid because it is used for public use/purpose. The property is the crown jewel of my late aunt, Dona Irene Rayos Ombac.
Our justice system needs a major overhaul as they say “justice delayed is justice Denied”
