Dear Glen:

That is the common problem with Filipinos who are high on something or malfunctioning brains like Mayor Perez of Urdaneta who estimated the flood level in Urdaneta to be nine (9) storey high if the San Roque dam is damaged by an earthquake.

Can you imagine the impact of such stupid estimates on the average Pangasinenses and the real estate business?

I hope the judge who will be hearing the case is not stupid enough to believe these idiots. Such scenario happens only in the minds of extremely hallucinating and idiotic people and in the movies.
