Let us see how our present administration will tackle the illegal fish pen issue in cooperation of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources that submitted the lists of illegal fish pens to the proper authorities of Dagupan City Ordinance Dept.
The issue is like jueteng, the law is there but the enforcement is nowhere… something fishy!!!
Mayor Al, please look into this matter, maybe some relatives of the authorities are operating, they are untouchables.
