To whom it may concern,
Despite the enforcement of the law on fish pen operations, would it be more acceptable to admit that there was a hidden agenda behind the fish pen operators’ guts to operate.
Yes, there are laws concerning the operation of fish pens but do you think the concerned authority enforces it? Something fishy is it not?
Pakisuri yung mga awtoridad baka naman may under the table yan???? Baka lang po…bato-bato sa langit tamaan ay huwag magalit, trabaho lamang, walang personalan…
