Mr. Castanaga,

Water released from Hoover Dam CAN NOT possibly flow unrestricted to Lake Mead. The dam impounds the water into Lake Mead, any release lf will come out of the lake.

The San Roque Dam management is staffed by incompetent people. Like Edwin says: Stupidity reigns.
