Nagsasayang lang kayo ng oras in “aid of legislation kono”. Meron ba kayong nakita na nakasuhang sa mga ginagawang Senate Investigation? Wala di ba?

Dagupan city was not inundated by the San Roque Dam, you have to look upstream where the water is coming from that flooded Dagupan City.

There are two big rivers upstream – one is Agno River and the other one is Bued River. Agno River is already controlled by San Roque Dam. How about Bued River? There is no infrastructure that controls the flow from the Bued River and this river is the one directly affecting San Jacinto, San Fabian, Mangaldan and Dagupan City.

And besides, there is no typhoon that passes thru northern Luzon that never floods Dagupan City and also this is one of the effects of global warming.
