Mr. Ceralde,

CMS in reference to the San Roque dam release is Cubic Meters per Second. So the release 5732 centimeters per second (or cubic centimeters since we are talking about volume here) in your post is not accurate.

The dam operators should have had enough foresight to release the water much earlier in anticipation of the runoff from the rains upstream of the dam. We are seeing incompetent people in charge.
